Problems and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions or non-returnable articles
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (special orders or personal items), and personal products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gas. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest time you can assure that you have returned the article that you have received and, once the return has been accepted, will effect a separate report for a new article.
14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you that we will later check and inspect your return, and we will know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded within your original payment method within 10 days.
